Day 1: Arrival

Arrival in Cracow.
For many years the City was the seat of the Polish kings and is still considered Poland’s cultural and artistic capital.

Day 2: Cracow

During the city sightseeing tour of Cracow you will see the historic buildings in the Old Town, registered on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. Very famous is Europe’s largest medieval Market Square with the Cloth Hall as well as St Mary’s Church with its Gothic pentaptych altarpiece carved in limewood. In the afternoon, optional visit to the Royal Castle and Cathedral on Wawel Hill or guided walk through the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz.

Day 3: Salt mine / Tatra Mountains

After the buffet breakfast, we offer optional tours: you can admire the highlights of the Tatra Mountains including Poland’s most popular winter sports centre Zakopane and a raft trip on the Dunajec River in the Pieniny National Park or an excursion to Wieliczka with a visit to the UNESCO salt mine.

Day 4: Black Madonna

You leave Cracow in the morning for a visit to Czestochowa – Poland’s spiritual capital. The Pauline monastery on Bright Mountain houses the Chapel of the Miraculous Picture and the icon of the Virgin Mary with the Christ child, known as Black Madonna. The Pauline monastery pulls in millions of pilgrims every year. Arrival in Warsaw, a fast-growing metropolis with two million inhabitants and a fascinating nightlife.

Day 5: Warsaw

Breakfast and city sightseeing tour of Warsaw. The rebuilding of the Old Town after World War II was one of the biggest reconstruction projects in Europe. Now, the Old Town and the Royal Castle are placed on UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage list. The Market Square is lined with burgher houses, exclusive restaurants and shops. Worth seeing are also Gothic St John’s Cathedral and the Barbican. Along the Royal Way, visitors will find many old churches and palaces. In the afternoon, we suggest a visit to Wilanow Palace & Garden. The palace and surrounding park remain intact and retain their genuine historical and artistic merits to become one of the most cherished parts of Polish cultural heritage. Like in the past, the palace premises are rich in fine artistic ornamentation such as wall and ceiling paintings, stucco decorations, colourful fabric lining and ceramic tiles, and they contain numerous works of arts and crafts.
