On the arrival in Luang Prabang you will meet your
guide and driver at the airport. Before your transfer to your hotel, take a brief
orientation tour of the spiritual capital of Laos.Overnight in Luang Prabang.
After breakfast, board on a slow boat that goes up the Mekong River to Pak Ou
Caves. On the way to Pak Ou, stop and explore Bane Xang Hai, where production
of traditional alcohol is still being held, and will be demonstrated. In Pak Ou,
thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues are crammed into the two caves carved
out of a towering limestone cliff. They range in size from a few centimeters to
the size of a human. Lunch at Pha Anh restaurant, situated in front of the caves
(on your own). In the afternoon, you will have opportunity to explore the
town. In the courtyard of Wat Visun stands the Watermelon Stupa shaped like the
fruit it takes its name from. Also visit Wat Aham, where the altar of the 2 genius
of Luang Prabang can be found, and visit Wat That, where the ashes of King Sisavang
Vong are sheltered inside the large central stupa. Transfer to your hotel and
overnight in Luang Prabang. After breakfast, head to Ban Xang Khok. This village
is specialized in the production of silk and cotton and natural paper products
(Posa Paper, in English “Mulberry Paper”). Lots of opportunities to buy textiles
souvenirs there while having fun to bargain at the same time!
Then transfer
to the airport for the flight Luang Prabang – Vientiane on Laos Airlines; QV102
departure at 12h30, arrival at 13h10. On the arrival in Vientiane, a city tour
begins as follow: Transfer
to your hotel and overnight in Vientiane.

Arrive
in Phnom Penh and transfer to hotel. Phnom Penh was once
considered the Pearl of South East Asia and one of the most beautiful in the Orient,
and despite its recent turbulent history it still retains a colonial charm.
In the afternoon, visit the National Museum, the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace
and the Wat Phnom Hill, founding place of the city. Overnight
in Phnom Penh.
In the afternoon, visit the “Grand
Circuit” taking in Pre Rup, Neak Poan and Preah Khan.Overnight
in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, take a boat
trip on the great lake Tonle Sap and visit the Siem
Reap market and the workshops of Artisans d’Angkor (wood
and stone carving) AND/OR visit the Landmine Museum
of Mr. Aki Ra, before your transfer to Siem Reap Airport
for your departure flight.
