Get a taste of snowmobiling on varying terrain through snow-covered forests and fells. We offer a range of different routes suitable for various skill levels. This is great fun, even if you've experienced snowmobiling before.

UNDER THE STARS

As the night sets in, begin an Arctic journey under the rising moon and watch the stars slowly appear. Ride through dark, snow-covered areas illuminated only by the headlight of your snowmobile. If you're lucky, you will see the Northern Lights. Snack and cup of coffee brewed over open fire included.

IN THE HEART OF NATURE
(Tuesday and Thursday) |

Enjoy the great outdoors on this safari to the heart of nature. The trail traverses rugged fells and narrow valleys before coming to the first stop, where we serve a typical Lappish lunch prepared over a campfire. After a refreshing cup of strong hot coffee, you'll continue onwards through the forest.Keep your eyes out for forest animals searching for food!

LEGEND OF FOUR WINDS (Wednesday and Friday) |

Your trail will take you over frozen waters and through snow-covered forests to a reindeer farm. Sit around an open fire with a herdsman and learn about the North's oldest form of livelihood, the daily routines of reindeer herdsmen and hear the Story of the Four Wind Hat. Ride in a reindeer-pulled sleigh and receive your own reindeer driving license before returning to town.

FISHING EXPERIENCE
(Wednesday and Friday) |

Transfer by car to a fishing venue. After a welcome from the host and hostess, examine the fishing nets on the ice-covered lake and try your hand at traditional ice fishing. Learn about the history and development of local fishing traditions. Once you finish fishing, enjoy a cup of hot coffee with tasty homemade bread and smoked whitefish. Cook your catch over an open fire in a Lappish kota (tepee-like structure).

ARCTIC SPEED

Ride along a trail traversing snow-covered landscapes. Visit a husky camp and learn about the daily life and training of these friendly Arctic dogs. Take a ride in a sled pulled by a husky team and enjoy a cup of hot berry juice around a campfire.

WHITE SILENCE ON SNOWSHOES

Challenge yourself on a snowshoe adventure through the picturesque snowy countryside. Experience the silence and beauty of wintery forests on this guided snowshoe hike.

FRESH AIR ON SKIS
(Monday, Wednesday and Friday) |

Your ski guide will lead you to the slopes after each participant has been equipped with skis, poles, boots and outdoor clothing. The instructor will teach you the basics of cross-country skiing (how to slide and stop, how to use the poles, how to fall down safely, etc.) and demonstrate some skiing techniques. Hone these skills during the trip and learn how to ski up and down hills. You will be allowed free use of the skis for the rest of the day.

RIDE OF YOUR LIFE

Transportation by car to a reindeer farm, where a herdsman will tell us about reindeers and their habits. Everyone will take a 5 km sleigh ride and receive a reindeer driver's license. After a successful ride, we'll enjoy a cup of coffee and some local cookies in a Lappish kota (tepee-like structure).

HUSKY SAFARI
(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) |

Drive from the safari office to a husky camp, where the barking of enthusiastic dogs will welcome you. Before departing on the safari, you will be given instruction on how to control the sleds, which you will ride in pairs. Enjoy some hot berry juice by an open fire and chat with the husky breeder about these northern animals once you return to the camp.
