Give in to the Desert California’s desert oasis, Palm Springs, averages almost 350 days of sunshine per year. You can enjoy golf, tennis or simply relax by the pool in this popular resort city. established in 1870 as a stop along the Southern Pacific Railroad line, this fashionable resort first began to attract hollywood’s leading movie stars in the 1920’s and 30’s.

The tradition has continued to the present day, luring the rich and famous and international jet-setters. Many choose to enjoy the natural beauty of Joshua Tree National Park which is easily visited from Palm Springs Come experience the healing powers of the desert’s natural beauty.

– enjoy this 2 part tour that covers both the lower and upper deserts. the lower desert portion explores the infamous San Andreas Fault line-origin of many of southern California’s earthquakes. Guests will visit the rock gardens of the San Andreas Fault and have an off road adventure takes them into the canyons formed by the fault line. Guests are also taken into a 35,000 acre preserve containing the 3rd largest oasis in the world as well as a bridge the crosses the very crack of the San Andreas Fault.
After exploring the lower desert guests will reboard the hummers and continue on to the upper desert and into Joshua Tree National Park. the hummers stop at the edge of an ancient volcanic basin from which you can see all the way to Mexico. as this is an extreme tour, very few Jeeps or even other hummers (e.g. h-2s) can make it here.
This tour lasts 4 hours.
